DECATUR, Ga. — Police have arrested a 44-year-old man accused in a shooting at the Decatur Library on Monday evening.
Decatur Police said officers responded around 5:10 p.m. to reports of a person shot at the library. When officers arrived, they found a man inside the building suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in critical condition, police said.
