DECATUR, Ga. — A suspect wanted for shooting a man at a Decatur Library is now in custody after turning himself in, according to DeKalb County officials.

The shooting happened on Monday when officers responded to shots being fired at the library located at 215 Sycamore Street. They found a man who was shot, and a medical professional took him to the hospital.
