A driver being chased by DeKalb officers struck and killed a pedestrian and then continued fleeing, GSP says.
DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A person was killed by a driver fleeing a DeKalb Police pursuit on Thursday night, Georgia State Patrol said Friday.
The victim has been identified as 59-year-old Terry Loman of Decatur.
