FREDERICK, Md. — A 39-year-old man from Frederick, Maryland was killed when a tree fell onto his car while driving on George Washington Memorial Parkway, according to his family. The man was identified as Elik Topolosky, a husband and father of two young children.
Family members said the crash happened Thursday morning as Topolosky was driving south on the parkway when a tree suddenly fell onto his car.
