The national retail average for a gallon of regular gasoline has hovered within 10 cents of $4 for more than a week.
WASHINGTON — Gas prices on Saturday dipped less than a penny from Friday’s national average, hovering just below the $4 mark, but the cost of diesel continued its upward trend.
