WASHINGTON — American toy-making company Hasbro was hit by an apparent ongoing cyberattack, with the company confirming Wednesday that it may take “several weeks” before the incident is resolved.

Hasbro is a corporate giant in the children’s entertainment industry, with properties such as Transformers, Barbie and “Dungeons & Dragons” in its portfolio.
