Being a Trailblazer

To give us a better sneak peek of this event, I chatted with a few of the game changers you will meet at the Trailblazer Summit and Symposium. My first question was, what does it feel like to be a trailblazer? I asked Janice Niederhofer, former DEA agent of 29 years, and founder of the innovative non-profit, Humankind Alliance. She has the distinction of being first as a female trailblazer in a traditionally male-dominated world.

I never thought of myself as a trailblazer, but someone who fights for justice. I was comfortable being uncomfortable. I kept placing myself in situations that sharpened my skills and allowed continued growth. This resulted in mental and physical strength, resilience, and determination. It also increased the quality of my life by making way for opportunities to become more, be more and serve more.

There will be plenty of experts who make being an innovator and leader look easy, having made it the hallmark of their career. Janice was not only the first female SWAT member of her department, but she continually shattered glass ceilings. Here she shares more of her insights:

When I set foot into the world of law enforcement, there were only 1-3% women in this male-dominated world. I focused on areas that were traditionally off-limits to women and became the first female undercover detective, hostage negotiator, SWAT member, firearms instructor, and violent crimes decoy, among other roles.

Ultimately, I was a highly sought after innovative law enforcement trainer in the U.S. and parts of the world in human behavior, interview and interrogation, undercover work, polygraph, and body language, to name a few. My driving force is to serve through creating solutions to problems to foster a bolder, wiser, and evolved world. Specifically, my mission is to create trust between communities and law enforcement through trailblazing educational programs for both…as One Community. I’m doing this through my nonprofit, Humankind Alliance.

Authors, Media and Content Creation

There are many media-celebrated and iconic authors that will be included in the event, household names Dr. John Demartini, star of The Secret, John Gray of Men Are From Mars, and Sharon Lechter, co-author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad. We will also hear from Chicken Soup for the Soul legends Mark Victor Hansen and his first co-author Diana Wentworth.

There are also some groundbreaking authors you may not be familiar with but will want to keep an eye on, such as Melissa Osorio, author of the bestselling, award-winning Hidden Memories: Discover What’s Blocking You From Life And Love. She used plant medicine to recover memories from her childhood and alter the course of her own life. Osorio found peace that she wants to share with others, and she is carving out a niche as she leads by example. With this ancient method of plant medicine being used in more widely accepted and exciting ways, she now is helping others to find growth and emotional healing of their own.

Speaking of award-winning books, the event will also feature Angela Legh, another trailblazer in her field, the bestselling author of the award-winning book series, the Bella Santini Chronicles, that teaches children emotional intelligence. Did you know that a children’s story could help children to develop such a key part of themselves, adding resilience and coping mechanisms to their toolbox of lifetime skills? What’s more, Angela is also a co-host of the Thriving Women TV Network’s show, Every Child Can Learn that reimagines individualized education for children. She is the writer/producer of the television show, Children’s Lives Matter, that helps parents, educators and communities better support the goal of raising emotionally resilient and well-balanced children, with weekly shows both available on e360tv.

More Entertainment, Film and Music

When it comes to entertainment, there is even more to discover, as the event is showcasing the talents of Barnet Bain, the award-winning film producer of What Dreams May Come. We will also get to hear from Gary Malkin, multiple Emmy Award-winning composer, and Steven Halpern, the Grammy® Award nominated, multi-platinum-selling recording artist. This broadcast will delve deeply into the future of media, of content creation and film making.

Financial Literacy and Wealth:

In terms of true wealth and financial literacy for all, you will want to check out Dame Doria Cordova – Founder /CEO of Excellerated Business School, boasting a global reach to the masses. Her bestselling book, Money and You, has been translated into multiple languages. Continuing to look at financial success, there will be multiple experts to learn from, such as Lisa Lieberman-Wang, who helps coaches and entrepreneurs create multiple six- and seven-figure businesses, and Joel Baur – the world’s best platform speaker trainer

Tech, AI and Neuroscience

Let’s face it, it’s an exhilarating time to be alive and witness the innovations across multiple disciplines that are as varied as they are inspirational. Whether you’re interested in AI, tech or advanced neuroscience, this event is sure to enlighten you on more than you thought possible. Take the patented FDA Class III medical device that can balance your autonomic nervous system without the use of drugs, without side effects, known as NuCalm.

This powerful tool brought to us by Jim Poole, is now available in an app, and you won’t believe where and how it’s being used. It’s shaping the world of sports performance and recovery, PTSD treatment, medical procedures without anesthesia, improved sleep, and providing relief to cancer patients like never before – just to name a few.

Environmental Solutions in Food and Water Sustainability

It’s thrilling to witness new inventions that are causing big waves in how we live our lives. This event promises to give us all food for thought, and educate us about actual food solutions, too. We will learn about matters of the planet like food sustainability with expert Jim Gale and his food forests.

There are also solutions for water shortages and the environment. Take for example, the patented invention, the Water Whale by David Jones of California. Jones’ water reclamation canister is offering a new solution to waste reduction mandates created by California’s Senate Bill 1383. Here’s what Jones had to say about his invention, and the broadcast:

The Water Whale, my trademarked and patented water reclamation canister and system, is one of the single most efficient products designed and created to deal effectively with total garbage reduction of up to 70% of the total weight of a bag of garbage. The implementation of this product coordinates directly with the mandate for an SB 1383 to reduce business waste contribution to city dumps and landfills by up to 75% in the year 2025. Once we have proof of concept of the Water Whales implementation, I believe other states must comply.

It is very important to tune into the Trailblazer broadcast event because listeners will understand my mission, which could single-handedly minimize climate change and global warming. – David Jones
