SweetWater 420 Fest returns to Atlanta bringing music, beer and a mission to protect clean water

Atlanta’s SweetWater 420 Fest blends music and beer with a bigger mission to help protect the Chattahoochee River, the source of the city’s drinking water.

ATLANTA — It’s festival season, and this weekend, the music, big crowds, and lots of beer will be flowing at the SweetWater 420 Fest.

Now in its 21st year, the festival is set to bring out thousands of people and huge headliners like Umphrey’s McGee and Thievery Corporation on April 17 and 18 at a new location, Shirley Clarke Franklin Park.

Beyond the music is about something you can’t see
