ATHENS, Ga. — A man is under arrest in Athens-Clarke County for charges related to sexually exploiting children online, police say.
The investigation began in March of this year when the police department’s Special Victims Unit began investigating 39-year-old Timothy Lee Randles after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
