Large police presence after shooting call at Raleigh mall

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) — Raleigh Police said two men were taken to a hospital for what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries after a shooting at Triangle Town Center.

Around 6 p.m., RPD said a third person had also been shot in connection with the incident. That person was also expected to recover.

The shooting call drew a massive law enforcement response to the north Raleigh mall. Raleigh Police said two groups at the mall got into a verbal altercation that escalated.

Police said the shooting happened around 3:30 p.m. near the Express store.
