PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. — Dollywood canceled all “Wings of America” shows on Sunday after an aviary suffered overnight storm damage.
According to a social media post, a tree near Eagle Mountain Sanctuary was uprooted during storms Saturday night into Sunday morning and “compromised” the aviary.
Dollywood did not say whether any eagles were injured but said American Eagle Foundation staff will remove and house the birds at its facilities until the netting on the enclosure is repaired.
