Judy Bennink and her husband always wanted to see the Broadway show. Ten years after her husband’s passing and now in hospice care, she finally got the chance.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Judy Bennink lived a full life in West Michigan.

She worked as a nurse for thirty years and raised two children she adopted with her husband, Donald. 

The pair often took vacations together, going all over the country, even after they both retired and Donald was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease.
