WOODSTOCK, Ga. — A suspect who police said fired at officers during a pursuit was shot and killed by Woodstock Police on Wednesday evening, according to the police department.
Woodstock Police said one officer sustained what was described as a non-life-threatening injury during the incident.
Officers said they were conducting a traffic stop in the area of I-575 at Exit 7, Highway 92. The suspect fled the scene after contact and after the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said he was uncooperative.
