WASHINGTON — A former Home Depot manager in Florida is facing felony charges after authorities say he carried out a yearslong fraud scheme that cost the company more than $4 million.
Mauricio Jimenez, 48, was arrested April 21 and charged with organized fraud and first-degree grand theft, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by USA TODAY.
Investigators allege the scheme took place between December 2023 and April 2026 at multiple Miami-area stores.
