GBI arrests former Baldwin assistant police chief for violation of oath, theft by taking

According to a warrant, 41-year-old Justin Kyle Ferguson unlawfully withheld money from a victim with the intention of “depriving him of the property.”

BALDWIN, Ga. — The GBI arrested and charged the former Baldwin assistant police chief with two charges on Friday.

Authorities say 41-year-old Justin Kyle Ferguson, a Clarkesville resident, was booked on one count of theft by raking and one count of violation of oath of office.
