A boating accident on Lake Allatoona resulted in the death of Patrick Ramsey, the vessel’s only occupant, as authorities continue their investigation.
BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. — One man is dead following a boating accident on Lake Allatoona on Friday evening.
At around 9:30 pm, Georgia Game Wardens responded to a boating fatality at Allatoona Landing on Allatoona Lake in Bartow County.
Initial reports were that a bass boat struck a breakwater. When they arrived, Game Wardens located the vessel along the breakwater with the presumed operator deceased.
