ATLANTA — Atlanta Police announced that a man is facing charges in the January 2026 shooting that killed a man.
Officers responded to the call at 2685 Beeler Dr. SW on the night of Jan. 15, around 10:40 pm. When they arrived, they found 55-year-old Larry Battle suffering from a gunshot wound.
