NORFOLK, Va. — A Virginia recycling truck driver is being credited with helping police locate a missing 2-year-old boy after spotting the child moments after an Amber Alert was broadcast Thursday morning.
Darwin Montgomery, a driver for TFC Recycling in Norfolk, said his day started like any other, until an alert describing a man with a young child came over his truck’s radio just before 7 a.m.
