ATLANTA — A jury found Raisse Kengne guilty but mentally ill at the time she went on a shooting spree in Midtown Atlanta in 2022 that took the lives of two people, seriously injured a third and sent the busy district into a locked-down panic.
Kengne was convicted on all counts, including murder and aggravated assault, among other counts.
