KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Dolly Parton provided a health update Monday afternoon, saying she is responding well to treatment and improving each day. Still, she said it will take some time before she is “up to stage-performance level.”
As a result, she is canceling her shows in Las Vegas.
Parton said some medications and treatments leave her feeling “swimmy-headed,” and she wants those effects to subside before carrying equipment and preparing for performances.
