The medical examiner’s office has arrived on the scene.
DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — There are multiple police cruisers at an active scene in the parking lot of a shopping plaza off of Panola Road in DeKalb County.
The scene is in a shopping center that holds a Publix, located in the 3000 block of Panola Road. Officers have police tape up with a portion of the parking lot blocked off.
