A Decatur man has been indicted on federal charges in the killing of a U.S. Postal Service letter carrier who was shot while delivering mail earlier this year, prosecutors said.
Nahjel Malik Williams, 24, is charged with first-degree murder of a federal employee and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence in the death of Dequavious Graves, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia.
