WINSLOW, Maine — Maine State Police made an arrest in the 1987 homicide of Alice Hawkes on Friday afternoon.
Hawkes lived with her boyfriend, Stephen Bouchard, in a second-floor apartment on Spring Street in Westbrook, according to investigators. She was found dead inside on Oct. 4, 1987.
