Police are investigating after a man was shot on April 20 in southeast Atlanta.
ATLANTA — A man was shot late Sunday night in southeast Atlanta, according to the Atlanta Police Department.
Officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 900 block of Constitution Road Southeast around 11:59 p.m.
Police said the victim was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment.
In an update on May 13, police said the 39-year-old victim died from his injuries. The case is now being investigated as a homicide.
