Cobb County teen charged with reckless conduct over toy rifle in ‘Senior Assassin’ game

Cobb County police charge a 17-year-old after he allegedly pointed a toy rifle at a vehicle during a game.

COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Cobb County police say a teenager is facing charges after allegedly pointing a realistic-looking toy rifle at another vehicle as part of a game.

According to Officer Aaron Wilson, an officer on patrol around 5:46 p.m. Monday near Terrell Mill Road and Powers Ferry Road, saw a passenger in a vehicle point what appeared to be a rifle toward another car.

Officers stopped both vehicles and detained those involved during the investigation.
