ATLANTA — A boil water advisory previously issued for Downtown Atlanta on Friday has now been lifted.
Sampling results have confirmed that no contamination was detected in the public water system. Water may now be used for all purposes without boiling. The city’s drinking water meets or exceeds Environmental Protection Agency requirements.
The Georgia Environmental Protection Division has been notified.
