Bus hits cars in Virginia, killing 5 people and injuring 34

Police say the bus failed to slow down and crashed into six vehicles. Four of the five fatalities were in one vehicle.

WASHINGTON — Five people were killed and another 34 were injured after a major bus crash early Friday morning on I-95 southbound in Stafford County, Virginia. 

Four of the fatalities were in one car, which caught fire. State police said the victims were a 45-year-old male, a 44-year-old female, a 13-year-old female and a 7-year-old male, all from Greenfield, Massachusetts. Their names were not released by police, but a statement from the school the children
