LILBURN, Ga. — UPDATE: Gwinnett County Commissioner Ben Ku says after receiving a “Recommendation of Denial” from County planning staff, the applicant has decided that the best course of action was to withdraw the case. The request will be removed from the Planning Commission and Board of Commissioner agendas and will not be heard.
