Philippines: Magnitude 7 earthquake strikes off Mindanao with tsunami warnings issued

Diego Mariano, an information officer from the Philippine national disaster agency, says reports of casualties are being monitored.

There has also been reports of major damage across various infrastructure, he says.

He warns the public to avoid re-entering their homes or other buildings, especially those with signs of damage.
