Potential Tropical Cyclone One continues to bring dangerous flooding to portions of Louisiana and Texas. A Tropical Storm Warning has now been issued for the coast of Louisiana from Sabine Pass to Morgan City. PTC One will drift off the southern Texas coastline through the evening, and drift into the warm western Gulf. As the tropical low lingers over the western Gulf, it will likely strengthen into a Tropical storms as sustained winds strengthen up to 40 mph.
