TEXAS — Democratic U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico was welcomed with robust applause at the Black Caucus meeting during the Texas Democratic Party convention.
He acknowledged strains with Black voters who supported his primary opponent, U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Dallas, and one Houston Democrat emphasized there is still work to be done.
