Collinsville has half the money needed to renovate water plant for ‘forever chemicals’

At its next meeting, the Collinsville City Council is expected to vote on a contract with an engineering firm that would then determine how the city could make $11.5 million in renovations to remove PFAS, so-called “forever chemicals.”
