Abbot Elementary creator Quinta Brunson and her costar Tyler James Willliams met under the kind of circumstances that would set the scene for their future collaboration. Abbott Elementary teachers’ lounge. Fast-forward five years and Brunson and Williams’ characters Janine Teagues and Gregory Eddie have gone from will-they-won’t they colleagues to the couple to root for – even as they gave fans a scare last spring with a brief breakup.
