The Asian Network for Free Elections (ANFREL) and International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA) are launching a framework for action on monitoring campaign and political finance during the Political Finance Transparency and Oversight International Roundtable in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on 23 September 2026.
ANFREL Executive Director Brizza Rosales and International IDEA Senior Programme Manager Adhy Aman will co-present the report “Citizen Monitoring of Political and Campaign Finance in Asia: A Framework for Action” during Parallel Track B (Civil Society, Media and Researchers). The session will be moderated by Open Government Partnership Advisor for Policy & Partnership Ling Panyasevanamit.
