RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – In the race for Rapid City’s District 32 State House seats, one Republican candidate is running as a political outsider against two established incumbents.

Almost a decade ago, Zac Martin packed up his life in Wyoming and relocated to the Black Hills to be closer to his child and be an active, single father. He is actively involved with the community from running a non-profit “Kids Deserve Dads,” to coaching multiple youth sports teams across his district; from baseball and basketball to wrestling and football.
