Mike Flanagan adapted Stephen King‘s Carrie into a series, and in a “dream scenario,” he would like it to run as a trilogy.
Already counting on King’s approval of the adaptation, Flanagan has a specific vision for Carrie that could potentially go beyond the original story.
“In my dream scenario,” Flanagan said in an interview with Collider. “I think it’s three seasons. In my dream scenario, I think Carrie has a wonderful three-step arc. It’s a trilogy, really.”
