SALISBURY — The midterm elections loom in the not-too-distant future, and questions on U.S. electoral systems are as pervasive as ever. The “What’s at Stake” panel at the Catawba College Center for the Environment addressed a few of them.
The panel on Wednesday, Sept. 30 included Catawba College Politics Department Chair and Director of the Center for NC Politics and Public Service Dr. Michael Bitzer and Founder of One Green Thing Heather White. The panel was moderated by Dr. Lee Ball, executive director of the Center for the Environment and vice president of sustainability at Catawba.
