Game ball, three stars, and snap count analysis: Week 6, Eagles vs. Panthers

In their Week 6 loss to the Carolina Panthers the Philadelphia Eagles played 64 snaps on offense and 79 on defense. Let’s just get right to the snap counts, some notes, and some special recognition.

Quarterback

• 64 snaps: Tanner McKee

Notes: McKee finished 26 of 45 for 215 yards, 1 TD, and 0 INTs. He looked like a backup. But honestly, it could have been a lot worse, given that the Eagles had no run game, an offensive line with three inexperienced players, very little in the way of pass protection, a garbage scheme, and McKee was playing from behind all day.
