WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — Court documents are revealing new details about the evidence against Kristin Ramsey, the woman accused of murdering West Des Moines realtor Ashley Okland in 2011.
Attorneys for the state of Iowa filed paperwork Wednesday asking the court to deny Ramsey’s request to lower her bond, which currently sits at $2 million. Ramsey’s lawyers have asked the court to reduce her bond to $100,000.
