Police shared that Albert Constantin is facing charges in the case.
Officers said after the odometers were altered, the vehicles were sold for more than their real value. They claim this scheme lasted for at least the past two years.
They are asking anyone who purchased a vehicle from Constantin to pull a CARFAX report and compare the mileage.
