4 people arrested for running unlicensed personal care home targeting elderly, disabled people

Authorities were made aware that the two homes in Snellville were operating unlicensed personal care homes for disabled adults and the elderly.

SNELLVILLE, Ga. — Four people are now in custody in Gwinnett County after authorities say they were involved in running an unlicensed personal care home.

The investigation began on Apr. 30, when detectives with the Special Victims Unit, with the help of multiple law enforcement agencies, executed two search warrants at two residences on the 4000 block of Pond Edge Road.
