ATLANTA — Gov. Brian Kemp is expected to sign additional tax relief legislation Wednesday as Georgia leaders continue pushing a series of measures aimed at lowering costs for residents and businesses.
The bills set to be signed are intended to reduce taxes while reinforcing what Kemp has described as Georgia’s “pro-growth, business-friendly environment,” according to the governor’s office.
The signing ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Monday.
