Two men face charges following a park incident that closed a polling place, say Sandy Springs police. No injuries or voting disruptions reported.
SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. — Two suspects were taken into custody after a police response to a suspicious person call at Morgan Falls Overlook Park on May 19, according to the Sandy Springs Police Department.
The incident forced a polling place to close during the investigation. That location remained open until 11 p.m. to make up for the hours lost during the shutdown.
