Gov. Brian Kemp and one of Georgia’s U.S. Senate hopefuls have ties to a high-profile government contractor whose company has made millions from school safety concerns.

When Kemp visited Douglas County’s Chapel Hill High School in May of 2019, photos taken by the governor’s office show that one of the people waiting in the school was Kemp’s childhood friend Daniel Dooley.
