Square Peg, founded by Lars Knudsen and Ari Aster, has set the return of its filmmaker mentorship initiative, Square Peg Social. The second edition will take place in Austin from Sept 17-21, with submissions now open.
Square Peg Social brings together a curated group of emerging filmmakers alongside established directors, producers, and industry leaders. The program is designed to spark mentorship, creative exchange, and lasting collaboration, creating space for filmmakers at every stage, from students and first time directors to more established voices developing new work.
