Potential Tropical Cyclone One continues to bring dangerous flooding to portions of Louisiana and Texas. The latest update from the National Hurricane Center shifts the track more to the East. This has increased rain chances for areas like Lake Charles, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Alexandria, Covington, Hammond, New Orleans, Picayune, Hattiesburg, and Jackson. These areas should prepare for rain up to 10 to 12 inches over the next few days. A Tropical Storm Warning has now been issued for the coast of Louisiana from Sabine Pass to Morgan City.
