EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – The partisan primary is in the books with the focus shifting to the general election in November. Political analyst John Frank sat down with Hello Wisconsin’s Bob Gallaher to break down David Crowley’s upset victory over Francesca Hong in Wisconsin’s Democratic race for governor. Frank also talks about GOP nominee Tom Tiffany as he pivots towards November.
