TEXAS — The attention from one of the greatest football comebacks for the University of Texas was steered away by an online post many are calling racist.
A video from the UT Austin athletic account was screenshotted by former Tarrant County GOP chair Bo French, the Republican nominee for railroad commissioner, which manages the state’s oil and gas industry. French wrote about the screenshot, which featured students of color in the stadium crowd, “I heard UT graduation this year looked like this… The problem is now obviously far worse than anyone imagined.”
