LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) – Wisconsin voters will see three proposed constitutional amendments on their Nov. 3 ballot, including one dealing with religious worship during an emergency.
Question two asks whether the Wisconsin Constitution should be changed to prohibit the government from restricting people from gathering for religious worship during a state of emergency.
In simple terms, a yes vote would add that protection for religious gatherings to the Wisconsin Constitution. A no vote would leave the constitution as it is now.
