Nicholas R. Gonzalez is a second-year doctoral student in the Department of Political Science at Northwestern University. His subfield is American politics, with research interests spanning political behavior, urban politics, and the intersections of race, class, and political economy. Prior to arriving at Northwestern, Nicholas completed his master’s degree in political science at the University at Albany and his bachelor’s degree in political science at The City College of New York.
